Default D16y8 block d16y7 head

Hey guys I'm wondering if the timing will fit right on like it was the original d16y7 block.
Like how the marks are on the pulleys.

Thanks for the help..
Another quick question..
So when I put this d16y8 block on my car because my d16y7 broke.
I put new shaft bearings and rod bearings.
I don't have a tool to torque it to the proper pressure.
So we'll I put everything back together.
So when I turn it on, there was like a lound noise like if a metal was rubbing something.
So my question is what could of happen if I torque does to much.?
