d16y8
I have a 96 civic dx with a d16y7 motor and I want to swap the y8 head on the block. I know I need the p2p ecu along with the y8 head. but I also have a b20a5 block that has no miles on it. It came from honda and was never put in a car, now I though about strapping a b18c1 head on the b20 block but was told thats a stupid idea just for the fact of how thin the cyclinder walls are. Now if its possible to do the b20/vtec swap is that the way to go over swapping my y7 head for a y8 head. I need some help on what to do... please help me out!!!!!!!
