my friend is wanting to replace his block on his civic hx. he bought a y7 long-block and wants to put his y5 head on it bc he doesn't want to spend money on a dizzy and ECU. the car is for his dad as an every dayer.

what do you suggest?
do the "mini me"
buy new ****
ect...
