Default D16y7 into OBD1 car...

Hey guys, I'm dropping an Obd2a Y7 into my 95 Cx.

Concerning the wiring, what will have to be changed?

1. Will the obd2 injectors work or should i reuse those from my b8?

2. Will the Cx ecu work or should I find a p06 from a Dx?

3. Lastly, will repinning the Dizzy work, or do I reuse the b8 dizzy?

Any help is appreciated,

Thanks,
Lamar

1.yes,they will work.you'll just have to put OBDII plugs on your narhess.i'm not sure what CC the CX injectors are.if they're the same as the Y7,they will work also, with no harness changes.i'd do a search to see what size the CX injectors are to verify if you can use them.
2.it may run with the CX ECU,but it's mapped to run a 70HP engine,so i doubt it will run well.an OBDI DX ECU woul probably work well.
3.yes,you can repin the Y7 distributor.if the CX distributor will bolt to the head,it will work with no changes.i'd pull off the CX distributor and see if it fits the Y7 head.if so,you can use it.

Answers were basically right.

Use the CX injectors, they are 240cc like all other 92-95 injectors.

Run a P06 ECU, or chip your P05 and tune it.

The B8 dizzy will work great.

It's basically a bolt-and-go swap.
