D16y7 good for circle track???

Default D16y7 good for circle track???
What can i do internally to make the y7 turn more hp without turbo. Lookin to build a circle track car. Car need to remain "mostly" factory..

how would they know if it came with it or not? What if you bought the car with vtec engine?
