Here is the deal, as the title said, I'm trying to drop a 96 EK hatch D16Y7 into an EG hatch. We're running an EG intake manifold, injectors, fuel rail, regulator and engine harness. The idea is to run it in an eg like an eg motor. although we have the OBD2 O2 sensors and I'm not sure if that's enough to make the engine run like a bag of crap. On top of that, I rewired the alternator to use the OBD2 plug on it. Run on EG ecu. We were wondering if it's because of the fuel pump because it's a high pressure performance pump, so we swap it out, then it start for a couple of minutes then it died, only this time it died on it's own. We do have fuel pressure. We do have sparks, timing had been reset. It does crank but no start and out of ideas. Please Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!
