D16Y7 to D15B power steering issue
So, I recently swapped my D16Y7 (rod knock) with a D15B purchased from http://www.jdmenginescorp.com/ . First off, big thumbs up from me for jdm engines corp. I ordered from them on a Wednesday and the engine was delivered Monday (they are in Texas, I am in AZ). I was amazed at this as a lot of the other companies say 2-3 weeks delivery. The engine was spotless - exactly like a low mileage engine should look. Still had a small amount of coolant in it, but other then that was fully drained.
My issue. The D15B came with a power steering pump. The issue is that the hoses that connect to the power steering pump have different fittings on them. I figured "I'll just swap the pumps". The problem was, once I put the D16Y7 pump on, and went to put the belts on, I noticed that the pulleys are different. The D16Y7 pulley requires a thicker belt then the harmonic balancer takes. Then I thought, I will just swap the pulleys, however, the D15B pump uses a press fit pulley, and the D16Y7 uses a bolted on pulley.
My question is, how do I make this work? I am sure other people have run into this, but I am coming up empty with searching. What are my options here? Any help would be greatly appreciated, and if I am missing something with search that will help me out here, please educate me.
BTW this is a non-VTEC D16Y7 and non-VTEC D15B. It is the wifes daily that she takes ~90 miles a day, so I would like for her to have power steering. If it was my car, I would just leave it off and deal with it. Thanks everyone!

Re: D16Y7 to D15B power steering issue
By the rack, you mean I have to swap out the entire power steering rack? Is there an aftermarket P/S pulley that I can just buy and swap out on the D16Y7 pump? That would, obviously, be the easiest fix (so long as it was the right pulley of course).

Re: D16Y7 to D15B power steering issue
I have a D15b non vtec swap done on my 99 civic lx .
swap out the original harmonic dampener from your old d16y7 to the d15b .
I used my old d16y7 power steering pump cause the d15b pulley on the steering pump was bent .
The d15b power steering unit that i have is bolted on not pressed in .
Its unusual that your d15b unit is pressed in .

Edit- And I can't swap the harmonic balancer because the bolt/end that comes off the crank is smaller then the D16Y7 one, so the harmonic balancer won't fit right. That was our first thought.
