Icon2 D16y7 auto - d16y7 manual swap

The car is a 98 sedan ex. The orig motor knocks and i decided to swap it with same motor but manual trans. Everything was swapped until i noticed an extra plug in the driverside tower. The orig auto harness has 2 plugs but the swapped motor with manual harness has only 1. The car started fine but i havent driven it yet. I wonder what could that 2nd plug be?

Also instead of wiring the reverse light all the way to the trans, does anyone know where can i wire it up in the ecu?
Thanks

you will have an extra plug or 2 left over from the auto harness. and you only have to run the reverse lights from the old auto shifter connector to the tranny, not all the way to the rear lights themselves. but the ecu has no control over the lights.
