(btw he thinks his hatch is invincible lol) that he will pull all over me from a 15 roll and a 40 roll.
he said obviously from a dig due to my traction problems launchin on street tires with boost...
anyways who do u all think would come out on top, he has i/h/e........j/w what u guys think
also, video of this run in spring will b up
imo i'll destroy him considerin i "should" have a good 40+ more whp and alot more torque, our buddies
say i'll walk all over him and vice versa so i'm comin to u guys for opinions

im guessing neither of you can guess-ta-mate the power/weight combo of each car? also take in to account the skill of the drivers. with the limited information given id say the boosted coupe should pull ahead slightly.

for power to weight, he has the dx hatch i'm sure he's only 200-300lbs lighter, but about 50lbs
heavier than me...so power to weight i'm sure i'd have more hp/lb

besides a b18c1 w/bolt ons should b around 145whp right..and depending on
my tune and setup i'll b around 175whp-190..

that's what i'm bein told, this guy in town tho has a crx w/itr swap, says he can run a 13.5
and that he held neck and neck with an 08 gto till 5th...i'm pretty sure he'll stomp me out lol right?

I'm just gonna assume you have a d16z6 on 8 psi. That said, from a rolling, you should be able to hang pretty close with that rex. My best time with a z6 on 7psi was a 14.2 with street tires and no burn out, so yeah...

Yeah, you got the GSR. On a side note though, I'm surprised this thread hasn't been locked yet. Mods don't like bench racing at all... Lol.

Which tranny do you have? And do you have a coupe? Guessing that's what cpe means...

gsr hatches are fast tho! wooot. my gutted eh2 hatch with basic bolt ons pulled on alot of **** on highway runs. but if anything id say gsr's run pretty strong. mine doesnt seem to stop pulling. runnign shittier now though, need to replace my o2's.... so lame. bottom line just race this guy and see wassup. theres really no need to ask ht. just take it to the track and do it.

i agree with most the posts above....just race him and find out.... by numbers you should have him beat but there are a lot of factors to take into account... if some how you mess up and lag off the start because of boost he'll beat you but as everybody else said..... just go out there and see whats up.... let us know how it turns out!

lsd d15b tranny once boosted
btw i'm not doggin gsr's i love em! just prefer boost over a swap as of right now, and yes ht

"bench racing" is used to describe asking who would theoretically win in a race without any hard facts, more or less just opinions, ya peepee

don't put any money on this race BTW, because i saw a gsr swapped 6th gen with a skunk 2 i/m, hytech replica header and apexi ws exhaust crush a z6 turbo coupe.
