D16B-PR

Hello... I have a Honda Civic 96 DX, with a D16B (vtec) swap.. hence..I got a lot of unplugged harnesess under the hood. My car.. It was running fine.. one day.. after about 4 days of not using it... I started it. It started for like 3 secs... I just though to myself..."Its just cool...another crank and it would run fine..." but the thing is that it didn't... It just cranked but wouldnt start. I have sparks...I checked the spark plugs witch are a little bit dusty but seems allright. Checked the main relay, seems fine. I replaced the chipped P28 that it had with its original P2E to test it, but still it didnt start... I charged the battery... hmmm... Im hoping its not the timing belt, but how can I tell?, cause it has the cover?. Dont know where else to look, what else to check! HELP! Also its a little empty on gas... not that the gas light is on or everything... ohh and it has fuel pressure...cause I have a gauge. HELP!!
