d16 valve springs questions

so i am getting ready to get some valve springs and retainers to compliment my comp 59300 camshaft, my question is what should i rev to after the springs are installed? i will also be getting some tuning done and installing a cam gear. i might also be getting a greddy turbo kit, with the cam i have in now(above) without springs and with a turbo, will the retainers and springs take it or are they necessary with the turbo and my cam? thanks

There's nothing better than a dyno pull to determine what you should rev to.
You'll see where the cam falls off.
And start with the manufacturer's recommendation.
I have no idea what that is...

actually i have stock springs and stock retainers, its been running fine for around 3k miles. if you decide not to buy them don't rev past redline, just keep it low and you should be fine.
