Default D16 tranny on D15 block....

My tranny in my civic is leaking oil, Cant find out where, not the rear main seal or any others... My Q is Can a 92 - 95 EX and Si Trany bolt up to my 1.5. If it can which I think it does, is there any benefits? Also, any one have a Used D16 trans with Moderate miles lookin to get rid of it??

Yep! The tranny that you are looking for is from the 92-95 SI or the 96-00 EX. It has the best gearing for a D series. (shorter gears=better acceleration) It will bolt up no problems. Rick
