Default D16 timing

Which marks on the crankshaft pulley do I line up with the marks that stick out of the timing belt cover?
Here's what my crankshaft pulley looks like

I am in the same boat....When you say white one, both the 0BTC and 16BTC look what to me. Do I go with the 16BTC being it say "pointer on engine block?? I just install a new timing belt and started it and it runs like crap...check and I think I am lined up with the 0BTC.....

Which one do I go with...
