that looks similar to the d16y7 intake. I believe all d series manifolds are interchangeable some just require more work than others. I would do a search for a d16y8 manifold swap from the d16y7. It will probably be pretty close to what you have to do with your d14.

good luck

Yeah well I was under the impression that all D series manifolds were interchangable. So I believe a Y8 or a Z6 Manifold would bolt on just fine. I pretty sure you would need the throttle body also because your is a top mount style while the manifolds you want are sidemount.

I would assume you would feel a little increase seeing as it would be a better flowing manifold. I know that the d15 guys in Eg's etc swap out for the Z6 and Y8 manifolds all the time.

you have a d14?

whats stopping you from swapping in a d15b vtec, or d16z6?? either one would be a really good powerplant!

and the potential(turbo, high compression, etc) would be much greater.

i will swap the engine for a b16a2 in about 6 mounth... i dont have a tranny yet. i live in israel and its hard to get it here.

my car is currently 90hp i'm sure that with my turbo i'll get about 120-130hp....... it can be nice. al the parts i have now are kinda ghetto. hf manifold, ihi rhb5, smic ect. ec..

so... for my next project i will get better parts.

Once you get that b16 ready to swap in, be sure to give that d14 a proper burial..... 20lbs of boost!

The Y8 manifold is the best flowing of the OEM D series manifolds and will vastly help with the addition of the turbo, you can probably find one in the classifieds.
