ok well im thinking to keep my d16y7 in my civic dont really want to swap the engine b or k series anyway
im asking for some advice from you guys if that's a good idea and what you guys think

how much hp are you looking at making might not have to do forged pistons. vitaras might be just right for you. you going any other headwork like port work or machine work with your new valves?

low compression pistons would be a terrible idea unless you are going to be running boost.

well i want to make over 300hp and i will take everything to the shop and let em install and tune the motor for me but i want to make it good and strong before turbo and boost it to make over 300wheels hp

if you get the engine sleeved and have forged components it shouldn't be too difficult to achieve 300 whp.

are vitarat good pistons and will they hold over 300hp?

or shud i got with CP?

yes. they are good and will hold.
eagle rods and vitara pistons are pretty much the standard.
but i would get CP pistons or JE

if your only shooting for 300 i wouldnt sleeve the motor just a waste of money imo the stockers will hold that no problem i have ran 450 on stock d16 sleeves for years
