Quality is your main concern. I wouldn't go with a no name because you're just taking a chance.

i just put a megan racing header on my y8 and actually felt a half decent mid level power gain. I wouldn't have bought a header, much less a megan racing header, otherwise but i got it off a totaled civic @ a junkyard for 80 dollars and it was like new. I was surprised to feel any gains. but it was worth the small price imho

You can rish getting it off ebay and it may or may not fit right...and it could easily crack or leak. DC is a little overpriced too. Headman, Chikara are prolly you most budget and quality friendly headers. As for the difference. You can bolt up a d-series as much as you want and it will only leave you wanting more.

D16y8
CAI
Blox intake manifold
DC headers
Magnaflow cat
Stock resonator
2/14 piping
n1 knockoff

I want turbo.
