d16 head

I have a d16z6(92 si hatch) vtec head laying around at my house. My friend just bought a d15b7(92 civic dx) non vtec. Is it possible to swap the heads and what all would i need to do?

Yes, its possible and quite common. Its called a mini-me swap. Search, you'll find all the info you could want.
