Dunno if this is correct forum as i own an ITR, not a civic.

I`m posting for a friend.

Is the d15z6 a vtec-e engine? UKDM....

Doesn't sound like it does a D16Z6 exists not sure of the d15?

Yea, theres no such thing. d15 would be d series 1.5, z6 is a d series 1.6 liter. You can put a z6 head on a d15. That is possible, if he did this then it would be vtec. vtec-e I belive are on the VX models, much more gas efficient.

It`s definatly a d15......

We are trying to find out if it`s a vtec-e or not.....
