Re: d15z1 build up question???? (TYPErCRX)
pm3 pistons are too tall and will stick out of your block by 3mm.(30mm piston height) the only pistons you can use is those that are about 27mm such as the stock vx pistons, jdm D15B pistons, or stock GX pistons from 2001+. this will put your compression from stock, 9.6, and 10.8 respectively.

Re: d15z1 build up question???? (TYPErCRX)
you have to remember these are going in a shorter block. theres a difference in the deck height from the 1.5 blocks and the 1.6 blocks. but the d15z1(vx) block is a little tricky which wont let the dx or any other pistons in there...
no the y8 pistons wont fit unless your willing to do ALOT of work to get it...which imho isnt worth it. id order new PMS pistons from a 2001 civic gx from your local honda dealership. new pistons pins and rings should be about 300.

could be a combination of outside factors, but my 1/4 mile time dropped from a 15.0 to a 14.5...you will feel a difference.
