I have a 95 cx h/b 5spd mfg. In Canada

It has a d15b8 with a pm8-1 head code, is this correct?

And is there a code on the trany to match up to this
motor? If so does anyone know it and where is it located?

And does anyone know the CPU for this motor and where the code is located?

I ask cuz the car is getttin 20mpg! I've done new
ignition components, cleaned injectors, new belts, header, intake, cat back, fuel filter figuring it would help! No!

The gearing seems very long I can hit 60 in 2nd, and it sounds like it is goin fast but it isn't moving anywhere, and not worth not having power and bad mpg! I just need to make sure I have all the right parts.
