Hey, just don't know everyone on the site (how can ya), a lot of people DO just overlook the answer that's right in front of them. Sorry dude. So, have you figured out what it is yet?

Why are u swapping the dizzy when u said you had spark??? Check your ignition switch by hot wiring it. A bad ignition switch will try and start the engine but won't keep it running.

A little bitterness in that post, but true. Add as much information in your original post as possible so we can better throw our stupid suggestions at you . As you know, were all genuises here on Honda Tech.
Where's the spark not reaching? Before or after the plug wire?

Re: d15b7 wont startup!! (BlackoutVTi)
try spraying a lil starting fluid in the throttle body. see if it will fire up then. if that wont fire it up then you have something preventing it from starting...... main relay will also cause the car not to start. one minute it will start up, you go somewhere then the next minute it wont start. they are known for randomly shitting out for no reason.
