d15b7 timing belt noise
OK so i bought a 92 civic lx with the top end off the motor but it came with a new rebuilt head that just needed to be put on. well i put the head on with a new head gasket, timing belt, tensioner and water pump and just started it up and its making a horrible whining sound from the timing belt area at all rpm's. so i searched the post's on here and read a post about the belt being tight so i adjusted it and still the same noise. any ideas what it could be?
