D15b7 PROBLEMS!! NEED HELP ASAP!!
Ok i have a 97 civic. the guy i bought it from had put a d15b7 in and still has the obd2 wiring harness on the engine with all the extra connectors just hangin, also it used to be a automatic he swapped it to manual. so its throw bout 7 codes, the crank sensor and all the a/t transmission sensors and 2 o2 sensors. also still has the automatic computer in still p28-a. i plan on swappin the motor out but im tryin to figure out wat i can do to fix this for now to be able to get it inspected till then so a lil help please! hmmmmmmm, well. thats tough. honestly i think your best bet is a manual harness and ecm. i cant think of anything else to do that wouldnt be a nightmare.

the only other option i can think of is rewiring you CEL to another light in the dash that comes on at the same time and goes off at the same time. this would give the inspector the illusion that there arent any codes. but in order for this to work, your engine has to sound perfect, otherwise he might be suspicious and scan it anyways.
this option is also highly illegal and comes with high fines if caught
