Default D15b7 Oil Pan Compatible With A D16z6 Block?

Thats the real simple question guys I found one post by searching that said all D series pans are the same except the Y8 one which is aluminum. My z6 pan is shot and I have someone offering to sell me a d15b7 pan I just want to make sure it will bolt right up? Thanks in advance guys

I had one and it bolted up but my oil pick up was so close to the bottom that it wouldn't work. I'm pretty sure it was a b7 pan but it was alot shallower then my z6 pan.

you also said it was from an 89 dx, the 92+ engines are different so that was your problem

Yeah everything worked out, I just took it back and had them take it all apart and do it all over and re-seal everything with twice as much hondabond and fill it correctly and its fine now, thanks again for helping me out, its so nice to be able to drive my car again.
