D15B7 has very low compression, but its very consistent?
I have a 95 civic coupe with a D15B7. I replaced the motor this past summer, as the previous owner hadn't changed the oil in "a while now" and the motor seized on him.
The car has been running okay for months. It has a little miss under high loads and leaks a little oil, but no real serious problems.
I just replaced the O2 sensor, plugs, wires, cap and rotor, then went on a 500 mile road trip. Got 40 mpg, not a problem in the world. The next day on my way to work, the car stumbles, recovers, then dies. Won't restart. Tow it home.
The good news:, I've found the car to have good spark on four cylinders, the fuel pump is running and getting a good volume past the filter (and the injectors are firing, the plugs get wet), the intake and exhaust are unobstructed.
The bad news: all four cylinders read 80psi. Since they all read the same, I figured the timing belt skipped a tooth or two. It looked like it was a tooth off, so i took the belt off and time it up correctly. No help, though, I'm still getting 80psi across the board.
Anyone have any ideas what to do next? I really feel like low compression is what is keeping me from running, but I don't know where it's coming from.

I had a spare dizzy I put on, no change. How would you check the sensors? If they were bad, would it spark at all?
