d15b7 with d16a6 block?
Will a d16a6 block replace the d15b7 block?
I'm looking to build up my d15b7 but aftermarket internals are far and few in between. So I was wondering what block could I use to replace the b7 and still have everything bolt up and ready to go. Thanks.

Thanks for the help.
So an A6, Z6 and Y8 will all be a direct replacement?
I won't have to do anything special?
Nothing I need to know?

Re: (thereverendstu)
they will bolt up, now if you want a vtec engine to have vtec, then there's some extra wiring, but it will run. If you run the P06 (d15b7), on a 1.6L, then it will run lean.

I really appreciate the information and quick responses. I posted the same question on turbod16.com and some guy told me this...
"not a direct and i wouldnt recomend the interchange between the d16 to d15"
I still haven't recieved a response on his reasoning behind his info.
