Default D15b7 balancer issue

Well today my trusty work car went out its a d15b7 with 215,xxx it ran fine perfect but today i turned the car off came back out 5 minutes later and there was a funky noise later i realized the balancer was vibrating like crazy the motor didnt lose power felt the same but lot of vibration i was thinkin some kind of bearing but i never had this problem so i need a starting point....anything will help

bolt that holds it on is probably loose, or the rubber is seperated inside.

Pull the crank pulley and check the crank, see if it looks messed up, if its good get a new key and crank pulley if yours is messed up and put everything back together.
