What should I do with my single non-v.. I am considering building it I have had a few people tell me I should build the hell out of it and boost and spray but not sure.. any suggestions??

Yeah.. I'd swap for a d16z6 (plentiful + CHEAP) and tranny with LSD, install some ARP headstuds, then visit the HT marketplace to get some secondhand turbo parts for cheap.
Of course, if you don't know much about forced induction right now, I'd advise you visit the F/I part of HT and read, read, read, read, read, read, read, read, read, read, read, read, read, read, read, read, read... and read some more after you finish the aforementioned.
