The D16B5 motor is the CNG motor (compressed natural gas). has 12.5:1 compression with a 90mm stroke, 137mm rod, 75mm bore. I found this info here:

Yep. 1998 to 2000 Honda Civic GX sedan.

It's a Compressed Natural Gas vehicle.

I've never been able to confirm horsepower and torque stats though.
