d15b zc!! HELP! interchangable stuff? what are the benefits!
ive been hearing about using the d16y8 down pipe on my motor ( d15b zc sohc vtec) . . .. can anyone explain what this helps with and the approx. gains it gives
I also heard that switching the head to a y8 gives higher compression or is my d15b head suitable? just wanted to know a lil more about some of this swapping parts, etc .. .. .. . . . . thanks

d15b vtec motors use a z6 head with a bottom end that is similar to a vx... if you want to beef it up change the rods to either vx or z6. change the intake manifold to either y8 or skunk2/edlbrock. use a header of your preference

go with the Z6 head, its an easier swap
