First off you need to research. The engine can handle mild boost with no problems using stock sleeves. I'm not a fan of nitrous so I cant comment on that.
I do however hate it when people call it NOS. NOS is a brand name. If you want to use nitrous then use the search button.

Re: (Bejita)
Bejita pretty much covered it.
I will add,
Research, research, and more research. Know WTF you're doing to your car before you do it.
And I'm not a fan of nitrous either. Just preference.

If it's a fresh motor from a reliable dealer it will be fine on stock internals for up to 250whp.
The stock bottom end you can even go for 400+ whp.
250 is plenty for a street car for most people. If you just get a compression test and it checks out okay then you'll be fine.

Turbo it first, then decide if you think NOS is even something you want to do. For the $500 it takes to spray, you could build the head and up the boost to get far greater gains than 30-60whp that a nitrous kit will get you.

Re: D15b turbo and nos capable (whookid007)
the best investment you need to do before you boost is get a set of ARP head bolts to take the power your going to put out with that boost. I as well is boosting my d15 soon, but with d16y8 head. so a mini me swap n boost. i do have a nx stg 1 efi kit i was thinking of adding with the boost but its not worth it unless you got the money...because you'll need to a bottom end rebuild, forged pistons n rods, reinforced sleeving, stage 2 n up clutch n axles...just lots of money to spend...my advice is just stick with the boost and call it a day...lol
