Default D15B Turbo Cel Help Plz ~Newb

Hey all, i got a mini me turbo running 7lbs on a JK base mapped p28, walboro FP, 440 cc inj's, fpr, 4bar map, radiator, t3 turbo ect... and im only driving it maybe once a week for 20 mins, or 2 an from my boys garage until i can get a couple more things in n take it to the dyno.
Up until recently its been running great, AFR gauge has been rich on warm up an optimum running, but the other day i drove it to class and watched the afr gauge gradually go off the chart lean on the way home on the highway...
kinda boggs and sputters on acceleration, but drove home an have'nt taken it anywhere but round the block but the idles gotten rough an i hear a bit of popping (idk if its miss or backfiring) but "not bad"
CELs are 41 - primary oxygen heater sensor
22 - vtec pressure valve
and 14 - idle air control valve

The iac was nasty so changed it, and i unplugged the o2 sensor and it seems to run and idle a little smoother... (from what i hear some people foil and bag their o2's?), but dont have a clue as to the vtec pressure valve...
Still putzin round withit though, any info will help, thanks alot!!!

Try cleaning the VTEC solenoid filter in the seal.
