Icon5 D15b p28 auto to D16y8?

So my brother just found a d16y8 out of a year 2000 civic mounted in a '95 manual civic (not sure the ecu). He wants to know if its an easy swap into his '92 d15b AUTO (p28 ecu). He's about 200 miles away and i dont want to drive up there to help with the swap if its too much of a pain. Will the P28 auto ecu run that d16y8 properly? Also is there any wiring harness issues. BTW his d15b is starting do junk out on him thats the reason for the swap interest.

Converting your OBD1 95 Civic to OBD2 P2P would likely lead to big challenges. A chipped OBD1 P28 would likely be best.
