Default d15b, no v-tec . help?

lol yep, so i got a 92 lx converted from auto to manual (working great now)
but i got 4 engine codes, 7,20, 21, 22

7 being tps (its a given)
20 electrical load (eesh, im going to have fun)
21 and 22 being the vtec fun stuff

now i have a domani ECU. are the pin outs the same as a p28? I follewed the online write up for wiring vtec, and i know i got the wires in the right place, but of he 3 wires, all the write ups tell you what to do with the green and blue wires,. nothing about the black one/.. is it just a ground?

also, what am i missing, if the green and blues wires, are wired up properly, and im still throwing a code for them?
