d15B installed.....
Motor is in runs good but...
I used a unknow conditon ACT pressure plate
I also changed the tranny to an EX/SI previous owner said it was "mint". Clutch never slipped before so Thats gotta be from the ACT pressure plate...hardly any pedal travel and the pedal feels spongy. Makes a weird noise now too dont know if its from the pressure plate or the tranny (i believe the trannys been sittin for a while looked pretty dry where the axles go in filled it up with fresh oil) Hard to go in gears when i drive too. I drove it like this for less than a mile about to rip into it today.. makes winding out noise to and another noise when just sitting in neutral (throw out bearing is good) ...Lemme know what you think

Noise in neuteral could be your pilot bearing on the flywheel.
Did you bleed the clutch yet that could take care of the sponge and slipping. I don't think the trans would be my first place to look for issues.
Bleed the clutch first it's the cheapest, easist, and least time consuming issue.

We are ripping the tranny back out tomm. putting on the stock pressure plate (the ACT was the cause of one of my friends problems we forgot where the ACT came from its goin in the trash tomm,.) ...while the tranny is out is there any way to tell if its good or not maybe by pushing an axle in it and spinning it?
