Default d15b ecu question

my girlfriend has a d15b nonvtec fuel injected in her 93 del sol. it has 230k miles on it. So she wants to get a d15b with vtec and fuel injection. problem is, her ecu is most likely a non vtec ecu. if so, can this be tuned for vtec? or should we get her a z6 ecu?

Most engines will come with the ecu but yes the P28 is the ecu from a z6. U can chip a P06 and select others for Vtec as well tho.
