D15b with VTEC started to flutter and almost seems like it's missing or choking somehow at 4900 RPM until I push the gas a little harder and power through that little area. It only happens around 5,000 and at the same time I noticed that my VTEC is kicking in a little later than 5,500. This happened after a very hard rain so I'm thinking water must have got in somehow but it's weird it's only happening at 4900. Yesterday I took off my intake and sprayed seafoam into the throttle body hoping it could clean off some valves and also installed a two and a quarter inch exhaust. Does anyone have any idea what could be going on? Thanks in advance
