Hey i just posted that i did a wire tuck and couldnt not get any spark...well finally i figured that out and got to the car to start for the first time yesterday... And now the idle is really rough and it smokes so bad its not funny...thick white smoke just pours out the exhaust...The timing is perfect, valve lash ect... i pulled all the plugs out after running it for 2 min with brand new plugs and there wet and dark...but only half of the plug is like that...i know how to read plugs but this is beyond me...any input would be greatly appriciated... the fuel pressure is set at 45psi...i

45 seems high, but if that were your porblem the smoke would be black. Did you take off the intake manifold during the wire tuck?

Are you loosing coolant?

White smoke is due to coolant getting into the cylinders. Check your oil for frothy stuff and plan to yank the head off.

yeah i had the top and bottom end completly apart...just to check everything out....it dosent seem to be loosing coolant though....i checked the oil and it dosent appear to be milky or any signs of water being in it...i have no problem pulling the head...just dont want to if i dont have to ya know...just spent 8months building the car...lol

Exhaust smoke colors:
Black = fuel
Blue = oil
white = coolant

Blown head gasket? Compression test the cylinders or do a cylinder leak down test.

see i thought the head gasket but its brand new...but im gunna pull the head tomarrow after work and investigate further... thanks for the help stay tuned ill have more ?'s lol

Maybe the head or block mating surface was warped?

yeah thats a possibility...but i think im gunna pull the head and get crower internals.. springs, valves ect... and get everything checked to make sure its not warped...wasnt ready to spend that money yet but i guess thats what happens when you build sweet race hondas haha...thanks bro

Take off the header and check for moisture in the exhaust ports. If only the #3 or #4 exhaust ports have moisture, it might be your intake manifold gasket.
If you loosened/torqued the head bolts down in an incorrect order or maybe while the motor was still a little warm, without at least cleaning the bolts and down in the holes before retightening them, you probably didnt get accurate torque readings. My suggestion would be to get the mating surfaces milled. Get a new MLS head gasket and a tap and dye kit to clean up the threads before resembly and make sure you lube the bolts from head to thread after you clean them. Thatll insure proper readings from your torque wrench.
You might actually want to rent a snap-on electronic torque wrench. For a job as important as this, its a good idea.
