D15 vtec swap HELP!!!!
I just swapped a d15 vtec in my cousins 93 vx hatch, I used the vx wiring harness hooked everything up but some sort of vaccum box that was on the firewall above the intake manifold. i figured that since that the d15 vtec is like the d16z6 and the d16z6 doesnt have that box i left it out. well my problem is the ecu is throwing a code 9 (cyl sensor) and a code 14 ( iacv). The motor would run great and then all of a sudden the motor would die. So if any one has any info it would be greatly appreciated.

Re: D15 vtec swap HELP!!!! (towcivic)
EGR valve
follow this https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=644434
Ignore the knock sensor part and the part about moving ECU wires because of the secondary butterflies
Are you using the right ECU? D16Z6/JDM D15B requires a P08 or a P28

Re: D15 vtec swap HELP!!!! (BauleyCivic)
the ecu that my cousins had recieved was supposed to be a p08 manual but after installing it and checking the cel codes i found out it was actually an auto, so tommorow we are gonna try to use a p28. ANd thanks for the link I hope that takes care of the code 9 cause the dizzy is only a few months old.
