Default D15 turbo

I was just wondering what resonable power i could get out of the d15 engine... I was just thinking about running something like 7 or so psi. Could i do this on stock internals with out worries of blowing it?? If not what would be recomended to be done to the internals? And what is a good kit for the sohc d15?

I would like to see somthing like 200 whp. do you guys think that is a resonable goal for the d15?

rods are pencils in d15's, 200whp is probably the max for the rods....
if your gonna replace the rods, replace the pistons while your at it, then your good for 300+whp
