Default D series turbo! Ideas on Tuning?

i just recently turboed my 2000 ex civic. i have a t3 t4 turbo with external wastegate 38mm custom header 2 1/4 downpipe, its got 3" intake piping with a 50mm blow off and a front mount intercooler. i a bigger injectors 440cc.
my deal is i was just wondering what you do with the lines that used to go into your intake from you valve cover.
Also i have a safc and im having just a blast trying to tune it NOT any way anybody have somwhat of a guideline to go from? oh and im running 8psi.

safc is good for low boost, switch to obd1 and you will be able to tune safely with uberdata or hondata.
