Default D-Series Transmission code breakdown

I recently picked up a d16y7 from a 99 DX. It came along with a transmission marked K4F and P4A. Now I wouldn't think to question what trim level civic it came from except for the fact that I noticed that there was yellow "junk yard style" markings on it saying something like "civic si" There hasn't been a hydraulic trans. (d-series and si) since 1995. I'm thinking "what gives?"
Any idea what this transmission comes from? I'm a 4th gen civic/crx cable tranny guy myself so this is somewhat new for me.
