It'll fit but you may need to modify some stuff. i.e downpipe and intercooler piping. Also, I'm not sure if its a problem with all y8s but with mine I had to drill out the manifold bolts a little to make it fit.

if ur runing no intercooler it will fit fine, u have to cut about 2 inchs off a charge pipe to make it fit, if ur doing a custom intercooler, witch u should do, ur going to be cutting and making new charge pipes anyways
if it's runing blue box make sure that u wire it right
