d series, to b series hydrokic clutch pump.
well the cluch pump(the one that bolts on to the tranny...not sure what it's called)
my d fet onto the my b16 tranny, but will it work.

It's a slave cylinder, and yes.
edit: You are referring to #7 in this diagram and not the clutch release fork, correct?
