Default d@mn antenna

ok i have a 95 cx. i never listen to the damned radio, and i hate the way the antenna looks on the car, so i wanna take it off. is there just gonna be a gaping hole there? if so what can i do? is it recomended to do this at all??

just shave it...use sticky rice pudding to cover the hole..

there is a cover available from the dealer...sorry, don't know the part number.

if anyone finds the part # to the atenna cover let me know, my antenna is broken off so i would rather cap it off. on manchester honda i found antenna masts, but not sure what that is, its under electrical parts.

I shaved and filled mine not too long ago and used a mini zender antenna

Its pretty easy. The only part that will cost is to have it painted. My friend and I did it ourselves. We removed the old antenna then grinded down the edges of the hole. We took some tin-snips and cut out a piece of metal from an old fender. We welded the the piece of the metal to the car then grinded it down and sanded it. Then we used a light coat of body filler and sanded it to get it perfect. I can'e remember where I bought the antenna, some place online. Ill try to look for my receipt later.
