Default cyl head compatilbility question

I got a line on a 93 dx hatch with a popped t-belt, CHEAP! Now, I have have a 93 vtec head and wiring harness, can I swap this head if the pistons arent trashed and make this sucker run again?

93 dx motor+ d16z6 head, and wiring harness = will it work?

You will probably want the vtec ecu also. Search for mini-me, I found like 112 threads in the archive. Here's one with a nice write up if you scroll down.

you only need to run 3 wires for vtec, much easier than replacing the harness. its a good swap for the money
