CX Vtec-E Dizzy on a d16z6

Default CX Vtec-E Dizzy on a d16z6

would it prevent my car from starting if i used a CX dizzy on a d16z6
cause it has VtecE not sure if its the same dizzy tho

Im doing a DPFI obd0 to MPFI obd1
i get crank and fuel but no spark at all

d16z6 does not have vtec-e and yes you need the dis for the z6 head

oh ok so it wont spark at all? it bolts on perfectly

I just did my dpfi obd0 to mpfi obd1, used a d16y8 dizzy and everything ran well. Did you mean vx vtec-e dizzy? It will bolt to the z6 just fine. Anyway, good luck, there should be no problem is the dizzy bolts up.

I get fuel and crank but no spark, it bolts right on it perfectly

Hmm, I've got no help for you then, are you sure the dizzy is good?

ya it came off of my bros car and his is running were just using it rite now to see if it starts, cause my other dizzy has a MSD set up on it so we wanna try the stock one first
