Highly doubtful.
I have nothing other than my opinion based on logic here, but I doubt Honda would give a CX a lighter flywheel when they would have no reason to.

only lighter if you cut it down a good bit............
Otherwise they arte all about 18 lbs.
This WAS a stock CX flywheel.............
