Default CV joint going out?

I have a 93 EG with a Gsr swap/B16 tranny. the last two times Ive drove it I noticed after I drive it for a while When I let off the gas the car jerks to the Left and I hear A popping noise. I drove it yesterday and got on it a couple of times and It didnt happen at all.

Make sure all of your lug nuts are tight.

ok first thing to do, if is unlikly a cv joint would cause this, i suggest you jack up the car, look at all of the suspention bolts/ nuts on boath sides, my friend didnt tighten a bolt on the LCA and the bolt un threaded and then the car had a jiggle and a constant pull to one side, and check the lugs.!~

i also have a clicking noise when i turn left or right sharp. so when you turn the clicking noise doesnt mean its your cv joint? it could mean that i got loose nuts and bolts?

i bet its got something to do with your axle, either the splines on either end or maybe the inboard joint. put it in the air and rotate the driveshaft with your hands with the car in gear and inspect it that way.

Ya time for a new CV. The pulling hard to one side could be as simple as improper inflation in your tires

How come I post this same problem in much more detail and need to bump it three times before I even get one response, and this thread has 10 replies in one day? ...sigh... I am having this same problem, I also think it might be the CV joints because I have been reading about the clicking noise which I have, and when I let go of the gas I get shaking pretty hard and pulling to the right, but only sometimes... I have a '95 Del Sol Si with a d16z6.
Let me know if you get this fixed what the problem was, I am going to florida for the week so I won't be around to check it out myself til I get back, but if you have other issues that I should look at too, maybe I can save myself some grief. THANKS! and goodluck
