cv boot question?
could i do it would regualar tools or would it be just better to take it to a mechanic to do ? if so would you knwo a price range?? thanx for any help

Never had it done by a mechanic before...but I've seen ads in the paper for $30-$40 parts and labor (assuming you're asking about the cost of replacing a CV Boot).

well i posted this for a friend and i dont really know the whole story behind this but alls i knows is that she needs a new cv boot an im pretty sure it might need re-bulding an what not...but yea thanx for the help

But from what I heard it is a pain in the *** and takes a lot of time. To each his own I guess.
